Easy as Pie Crust - Margaret Ullrich

Here's an easy pie crust recipe.  Best of all, you don't roll it out.

                        SPEEDY PAT-IN PIE CRUST

Preheat oven to 425º           
In a 9 inch pie pan mix together
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar         
3/4 teaspoon salt
Beat together until creamy
1/2 cup oil
3 tablespoons cold milk
add to flour mixture and pat in to fill the pan
if baking empty shell: prick and bake 15 min. 
if baking with filling: use filling's instructions

                        CRUMB TOPPING

In a bowl mix together
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Sprinkle over filling in pastry-lined pie pan
