Carmela Soprano's Candy Cane Martini

We made it!!!

Another holiday season has come and gone.

Time for another drink from the Holidays chapter in Carmela's Entertaining with The Sopranos to toast the New Year.

There's a recipe for Rosie's Candy Cane Martini.  

How nice, a way to use up the Christmas candy canes.

Thank you Rosie!

Dip the rims of martini glasses into a bowl of

fresh lime juice

Then into a dish of 

finely crushed candy canes

Mix in an ice-filled cocktail shaker 

5 parts good vodka

1 part peppermint schnapps

Shake and pour into the rimmed glasses.

Would I make the Candy Cane Martini again?
